Ledgestone Suites Hotel Billings

The room I booked was updated and available with kitchenette. Everywhere there was fairly clean.

Fairly clean and amazing accom with peaceful location really close to downtown, or restaurants, city centre of Billings, and convenience stores, gas stations, shopping, and the highway. Great way to end our trip.

Beds were too soft.

The spacious suite was really impressive with its full amenities, including a kitchen area that made preparing meals easy. The bathroom was beautiful and roomy as well. the noise from a nearby industrial area early in the morning disrupted my sleep, which was a downside. it was beyond my expectations in terms of comfort and facilities, making for a pleasant stay despite the minor inconvenience.

The lack of breakfast options and coffee in the lobby feels like a misstep for a hotel; it left a hollow start to each morning. The common areas had an eerie vibe, especially with steel gating around the front desk-might not be everyone's cup of tea.

A few dark hairs in the shower and on the sheets indicated cleanliness could use some improvement. With it snowing, I expected better maintenance of the walkways, not shoveled.
